"Clary" A St. Mawes boat, formerly belonging to Frank Peters?

Doug Chaffin, retired shipwright of St. Mawes, for many years regular crew on Clary with 'Bomber'

1999: V8 Clary (Terry "Bomber" Holm & Ruth Kelly, RCYC) entered The Falmouth Sunbeams 75th Anniversary Championships held 22-27 August. Her hull colour was then Light Blue.  In 1999, Terry Holm was Commodore of the Falmouth Sunbeam Class.

2000-2001 Clary is undergoing a substantial refit at Mylor Dockyard, under the supervision of the yard's  Master Shipwright,  Brian Crockford.
Bomber has kindly agreed to relate the details, and, together with photographs, I hope to fill this page with some amusing anecdotes of Bomber's Sunbeam experience.  He is, after all, the longest-standing Falmouth Sunbeam owner in the Class, and , with Doug Chaffin, escaped more Norwegian bulbous bows than anyone else cares to think about!

Talking of bulbous bows..... !
